The inception of 'AtlasNotebookCove embodied a straightforward vision: to introduce the true flavors of Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi clan established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint eatery powered by familial spirit and recipes passed down through the ages.
'Marco Rossi,' our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza during her Italian sojourns, particularly from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, she aspired to replicate the essence of quintessential Italian pizza, embracing conventional techniques and the choicest ingredients.
What originated as a humble 12-seater has evolved into a cherished pillar of the locality, yet our fidelity to superior quality and authenticity persists. Employing the traditional wood-fired oven approach, we produce fresh dough each day and meticulously select the finest produce available.
At present, 'AtlasNotebookCove is still a family-led venture, with the Rossi progeny at the helm steering our fervent crew. While we have adopted current novelties, our core focus remains unaltered: crafting sumptuous, genuine pizza that serves as a catalyst for community gathering.
