Returns
You have 30 minutes to inspect your order upon reception. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. Given the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your order is eligible for a full refund or exchange if:
- The food has significant quality issues, such as being undercooked, burnt, or having foreign objects.
- There is a substantial discrepancy between the meal you received and what you ordered.
If you are eligible for a refund or exchange, please return your meal in the original packaging to our location at 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, London, WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for proceeding with refunds or exchanges.
Non-refundable items
Some items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for custom-made orders or special promotions that have been clearly marked as non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If you consumed a significant portion of the meal before reporting an issue.
- Any item not returned in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and return your item to our premises.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
